Return Policy:

Items purchased on our website and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date you receive your order.  Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging.
Please email info@highpointjewelry.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than this website.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Items marked Special Order may not be returned.  We do not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or had the tags removed.

Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer once the package reaches the country of destination.


Package Refusal

If your package is unclaimed, cannot be delivered, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

Original & return shipping costs.
Duties, taxes, and other customers charges that are incurred on the package for both delivery and return shipment. 
The amount of these charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
